How RingAudio researches, writes and checks everything it publishes. Last updated November 2026.
What we publish
Free loan calculators and plain-English articles that explain borrowing maths. Every article is tied to a real question a borrower might ask, and most are paired with a calculator so readers can test the idea with their own numbers.
How articles are written
Writers start from the maths, not from other articles. Worked examples are calculated from the same formulas our calculators use, and figures are checked by hand before publication. We avoid quoting interest rates, fees or rules that change frequently; where rules matter, we describe how to check the current position rather than stating a number that will go stale.
Review process
Every article is reviewed by a second member of the team for accuracy, clarity and tone before it goes live. Articles carry a last-updated date, and substantive corrections are noted. Reader-reported errors are prioritised and fixed quickly.
What we will not do
We do not recommend specific lenders or products, we do not publish sponsored borrowing advice, and we do not invent author credentials. Bylines read "The RingAudio team" because the work is collaborative — we would rather be judged on transparent maths than on impressive-sounding titles.
Advertising and independence
RingAudio is supported by advertising, including partners such as Google AdSense and Mediavine. Advertisers have no influence over calculator formulas or article conclusions, and editorial content is never written to favour an advertiser.
